an Intern for our Corporate Department - From July 2025
YOUR ROLE
Advising domestic and multinational companies on corporate matters and corporate governance;
Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings and conference calls;
Ensuring legal monitoring and conduct legal research on Corporate matters;
Drafting legal documents under lawyer' supervision;
Working in collaboration with teams from other departments and offices.
YOUR PROFILE
Education - Student with a Master in Law looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;
Fluent in English and French;
Team player - you'll partner directly with our lawyers both locally and within the network;
Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality on project and client information.
