Job Description:

Mission and Purpose:

Audi China Corporate Communications is responsible for the external communication and media management of Audi China and is the bridge between AUDI AG Communications in Ingolstadt and the Chinese market.

The task of Audi China Corporate Communications is to create credibility and transparency by keeping all stakeholders, such as correspondents, investors and employees informed about the brand's operations. The close coordination with AUDI AG guarantees the brand speaking with one voice.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily media relations maintenance, i.e. media invitation and event preparation.
• Support PR events planning, communications, and execution.
• Support press release drafting and editing.
• Support project managers in individual projects.
• Draft documents based on templates.
• Translation related tasks.
• Administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Education Background:

• Master or Bachelor Degree (college undergraduates are also accepted)

Professional Skills:

• Basic understanding of PR; standard MS Office; major in PR, Communications, Journalism and/or related areas.

Competence Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure, good communication skill

Language Skills:

• Good command of English both in speaking and writing; good command of German is a plus.
