Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team? 

Supio is in rapid growth mode, with big ambitions for the current fiscal year and beyond.  We aim to take customers on an ever-expanding value journey.  Part of how we’ll do that is by making our Paralegal users heroes to their fellow Paralegals, to the attorneys with whom they partner, and at the highest levels of their firms’ leadership.  We seek someone for our team who knows the ins and outs of being a Personal Injury Paralegal, someone who can credibly speak for and to that audience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and measure standards for Paralegal superusers, devise and execute strategies to generate Paralegal superusers at every Supio customer
• Design and deliver written and verbal materials specifically for Paralegals
• Coach individual paralegals on making the most of Supio functionality, developing a curriculum for creating flawless timelines and effective demand letters
• Liaise with Product to understand implications of new functionality for Paralegals, and create/deliver multi-channel training to drive adoption and value of emerging functionality
• Found and run a Paralegal-specific Customer Advisory Board
• Create and launch a curriculum for a Supio certification for paralegals
• Partner effectively with CSMs to engage their customers' paralegals
• Collaborate with Marketing on creating marketing materials specifically targeting the paralegal persona
• Dream up and innovate on ways to inspire Paralegals with Supio, make high adopting Paralegals heroes in the eyes of their colleagues, bosses and broader Paralegal community

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise about the work of personal injury paralegals, likely requiring 5+ years of direct experience in the role
• Preference for having had 2+ years of direct management responsibility, overseeing a team of PI paralegals
• Conversance with what law firms need from their paralegals to drive business outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of strong project manager, someone renowned for getting things done and an ability to turn abstract ideas into programs and processes
• Demonstrated passion for AI and technology, and the potential to transform the way paralegals work
• Stellar internal collaboration skills; this role will require close partnership with Supio colleagues in Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing and other functions

Compensation 

The base salary range for this position is $84,000-$182,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
