Legal Intake Professionals (LIP) is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We are currently seeking motivated Overnight Legal Intake Support to join our Nashville team. Our Legal Intake Support plays a crucial role in shaping the firm's relationship with individuals seeking assistance with personal injury matters. This is an in-office position.

As the first point of contact, you will manage incoming calls with a blend of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. You will be responsible for conducting thorough intake interviews, meticulously documenting details to ensure that every case is captured with 100% accuracy. We are looking for team members who can set the tone and pace of a call, guiding them through difficult conversations with patience and empathy, while remaining focused on collecting the vital information needed to assess the viability of their claims.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and spelling
• Professional and empathetic phone presence
• Strong active-listening skills and the ability to ask appropriate clarifying questions
• Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment and accurate typing skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is $20 hour with perfect attendance and $18 hour without. Perfect attendance is defined as being on time for your shift, returning on time from breaks and completing your full assigned shift.

Schedules:

We are hiring for full-time shifts (40 hours per week):

• 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Tuesday/Wednesday Off
• 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Off

Please note that the availability to work either Saturday or Sunday each week is required.

Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
