M&A Manager

What will your challenge be?

The candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and stimulating environment, supporting the corporate strategy and M&A activities of the BIP Group.

The resource will become part of the M&A and Corporate Affairs team at Bip, which supports the company’s leadership in acquisition operations in Italy and abroad, coordinating the entire process of executing these operations, including industrial and financial evaluation phases, activation and coordination of the various business functions involved, and management of the activities of external advisors.

The candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Screening of new investment opportunities and market analysis;
  • Collection, analysis, and organization of commercial and financial information on target companies;
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis for the evaluation of M&A operations;
  • Management of the execution of M&A processes;
  • Preparation and review of corporate documents for internal committees and meetings with external stakeholders.

 

Are you our new colleague?

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in analogous responsibilities, Corporate experience or exposure to international firms/boutique would be considered a plus
  • Background of M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Services
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of a third language would be considered a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel and Power Point)
  • Proactivity, problem solving attitude and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and organize own work to reach team’s objectives
