Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Chelmsford
PQE: 3-5 years
Salary: £45-65k+ (based on experience)

Join Our Client's Expanding Litigation Team!

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join our client who is a leading law firm with office Nationwide who are expanding their Chelmsford Branch. As part of their expanding litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, providing expert legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and insolvency issues
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and represent them in negotiations and court proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for clients' legal challenges
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
• Contribute to business development initiatives to help grow the practice

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and litigation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
