Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, is recruiting for a Legal Support Coordinator – Consumer Litigation in our Chicago location. The core duties and responsibilities of this position revolve around supporting others and delivering exceptional customer service. Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the Legal Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to meet the daily needs of the office location. Responsibilities include coordinating national legal support team for the assigned products liability group practice. The Legal Support Coordinator will assist with preparing, organizing and filing electronic and non-electronic court filings and other legal documents; assisting with data entry for new business intake (NBI), utilizing the NetDocs document management system for file and document storage; processing invoices/expense reports, providing clerical support to attorneys and other professional personnel. Responsibilities can vary widely from day to day, and office needs may vary depending on location.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 in Chicago. The offered salary will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
