What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming client calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to understand clients' legal needs.
• Gather and record accurate information while following detailed scripts.
• Maintain a positive and professional phone presence for every caller.
• Adapt to high call volumes, fast-paced work, and new challenges daily.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction.
• Active listening skills and the ability to ask appropriate questions.
• Attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and comfort using computers in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Ability to interact with various personalities and manage sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend shift and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) highly encouraged to apply!

No prior legal experience required! Customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide full training. We want motivated, compassionate individuals who are ready to make a difference and grow with us.

Shift Details:

• Full-Time Positions
  • Split Shifts: Morning (ranging from 6:00 AM - 12 PM) and Afternoon (ranging from 3 PM - 11 PM)
  • Evening Shift: ranging from 12 PM - 11 PM
• Part-Time Positions
  • Evening Shift: ranging from 12 PM - 11 P
• Weekend Availability: Required to work one Saturday or Sunday per week.

Start Date: Monday December 1, 2025

Training:

• • Duration: 2 weeks
  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
