Legal Administrative Assistant Details:
Join Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States, as a Legal Administrative Assistant within in our Labor and Employment Practice Group in our Phoenix office.
In this role, you will be responsible for proofreading, editing, and revising legal documents to ensure accuracy and quality. You will also manage calendars, track docket deadlines, and accurately record attorney time. To succeed in this position, you must be able to efficiently handle the daily demands of supporting multiple attorneys in a fastâpaced environment.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; once fully trained, you may have the option to work remotely one day a week with flexibly to adjust based on business needs.
